  1. Aged: 21 – 65 years
  2. Minimum annual income: S$30,000
  3. Minimum annual income: S$60,000 for Foreigners
  4. Must hold a Singapore Employment Pass
  5. For existing SC customers

    No documents are required. However, if there has been a recent change to your income, please submit your updated documents for review during the application process.

  6. For Singpass holders applying with myinfo, No documents are required

  7. Non Singpass holders prepare the following documents . – Copy of Passport (with at least 6 months’ validity) – Copy of your Employment Pass (with at least 6 months’ validity)
  8. Any ONE of the following documents:
    (i) Latest utility bill, rates or tax bill
    (ii) Latest bank / credit card statement (e-Statements are accepted)
    (iii) Rental agreement showing your address
    (iv) Latest mobile phone statement or pay-TV statement
    (v) Letter from employer stating current address
    (vi) Government-issued document stating current address (e.g. IRAS, CPF, ICA)
  9. Finance Charges
     

    Effective Interest Rate (“EIR”): 27.9% per annum (minimum). If payment is not made in full by the due date, finance charges will be calculated on a daily basis at 0.076% from the respective transaction dates for all transactions to the date the payment is received.

    Cash Advance
     

    Your cash advance fee per transaction is 8% on the Cash Advance, subject to a minimum fee of $15 plus Finance Charges at 0.082% per day on the amount withdrawn from the date of the transaction until the date of full payment.

    Late Payment Charges
     

    A late payment charge of S$100 will be charged if minimum payment due is not received by the due date.
